Evidence before publication.
We record a source URL and verification date for every field. Imported records remain in a review queue until an editor checks the evidence, selects supported fields, and publishes the revision. Imports do not replace live records automatically.
Prices must have a branch or sales-channel scope. Nutrition must state its serving basis. Dietary contradictions are blocked for review. Old and new revisions are kept separately, and price changes retain a history. A verification date describes our check, not a guarantee that the restaurant has not changed its information since.
